Drago’s has developed a unique fleet of offsite catering vehicles that always make a splash! The Drago’s Charbroiling Engine Co. fire truck and Drago’s-themed EMS vehicle were uniquely customized by Tommy Cvitanovich to handle food and beverage service at nearly any location. They are co-sponsored by our friends at Louisiana Seafood, so keep an eye out for the Drago’s fleet selling and sampling Louisiana oysters at a variety of events—on a local and even a national scale!
Charbroiling Engine Co. Fire Truck
Drago’s knows how to throw a good party. Our specially-outfitted Drago’s Charbroiling Engine Co. fire truck is the talk of the town, and with good reason! Our customized truck has won multiple tailgating contests, including a spot at the tailgating championship finals at the 2010 Super Bowl in Dallas, Texas.
Our fire truck is fitted with special charbroil grills, beer taps, flat screen televisions on Direct TV—even a Jägermeister dispenser. Look for it at fairs, festivals, or Saints games. The EMS Truck—which stands for “Eat More Seafood”—is one of the only board of health-certified, fully-equipped mobile kitchens in Louisiana. This unique vehicle will change the way you think about offsite catering. We bring the oysters, the china, the entrees and desserts…and you supply the location, tables and chairs. It’s a perfect combination for a memorable event!
